Conflict Zen

conflict resolution for organizations, teams, executives and managers

Hey there, LinkedIn friends!

Tammy LenskiIt looks like you got here from my LinkedIn profile. Thanks for stopping by!

Conflict Zen® is about untangling disagreements, getting back on track, and building dynamic personal and professional partnerships by harnessing conflict differently.

My name is Tammy Lenski and I work with both individuals and workplace teams as a professional mediator, executive coach, and conflict resolution teacher and trainer. Clients choose me to craft conversations that get to the heart of the matter, halt damage to business and relationships, and artfully untangle states of conflict that get in the way of bright futures and good decision making. You can read more about my work here.

To give you a taste of what’s here at Conflict Zen®, I’ve gathered a few of my articles. If you enjoy them, I hope you’ll consider subscribing to receive my new articles automatically (it’s free) and stay in touch.
