		<description>This sounds right up my street! I often use musical metaphors in my work and introduce trainee mediators to the art of improvisation, which of course is what we are doing all the time.

Learning to play the saxophone many years ago gave me lots of practice in listening for the silence or the &#039;space in between&#039; and making sure I was &#039;passing&#039; my fellow musicians something they could work with in the musical conversation.</description>
