They are, after all, a &quot;work group.&quot;  Your favorite group norms are fantastic as they encourage mutual respect, listening and opportunities for each member to be heard.  Parents sometimes forget that last point!  I&#039;ll be posting a link for my readers so they can consider these when interacting with their children.  As always, a wonderful post!</description>
